Privacy is our core principle. All archives are end-to-end encrypted and we never use your family's data to train public AI models. You own your data, forever.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new features will be available immediately. If you downgrade, you'll maintain your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
Additional storage is available for $5/month per 100 GB. We'll notify you when you reach 90% of your capacity.
Can multiple people contribute to an archive?
Absolutely. On Legacy and Dynasty plans, you can invite family members as contributors to upload their own memories and recordings to a shared archive.
